Securitas Security Services USA, Inc is the global leader in providing security solutions. Our mission is to help companies protect their most important assets. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology combined with great people, we design custom solutions for our clients. We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to manage operations for our Global Client in the Indianapolis, IN market.
To be considered for the position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:
Previous security experience is not required; we are looking for candidates who have managed people and processes in a loss prevention or retail capacity. Our management team embodies several competencies and wants you to as well.

- Individuals can be located anywhere in the Indianapolis, IN area and will be home-based. Most of the duties will be conducted out in the field on-site.
To be considered for the position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:
- Previous management experience, preferably in a loss prevention capacity.
- Possess strong operational and management skills.
- Previous training and development experience.
