What You Can Expect

The Sales Manager DACH (m/w/d) is responsible for preparing, developing and closing complex capital deals of the ZBEdge technology and data solutions portfolio in close cooperation with the regional Sales Development Representatives. In this role you will work closely with the Sales Development Representatives in the respective regions, Clinical Support Specialists /Technical Service Specialists, as well as the local Recon commercial teams, to ensure optimal commercial result for Zimmer Biomet.

How You Create Impact
  • Support the complex sales process of ZBEdge Product Portfolio (Surgical Robotics, Patienten Management Programms, Consulting Solutions) into new hospitals and existing customers
  • Support and drive improved performance to deliver growth by closing complex sales transactions according to company priorities
  • Hands on role, looking to identify opportunities across all regions to cross sell all products and services where possible in close cooperation with the local sales development representative and Recon Sales Teams
  • Manage Sales process, pipeline and installed base across the DACH region
  • Help to ensure the Zimmer Biomet is represented appropriately in the market, recognized as a trusted and reliable partner
  • Support and encourage multi-divisional relations in order to achieve superior customer experience with robotics solution and implants from Zimmer Biomet
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Strong academic background: BA /BS degree
  • Min. 6-10 sales years' of experience in Sales, Commercial, Capital Deals
What Will Make You Successful
  • Proven record with a multi-channel approach to sales
  • Strong and successful sales background, preferably in the Medical Equipment (surgical robot, disruptive technology).
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, experienced in the C level negotiation.
  • English and German: fluent or native
  • A true strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Capable of driving business through the performance of others and being prepared to lead from the front.
  • High energy levels who can lead through others is desired
  • Strong personal integrity and values
  • Multicultural experience
