WhiteCap Search is seeking a Staff Accountant for one of our clients located in Nassau County, Long Island. In office for 3 months, then alternating weeks remote and in office.
Job Function:
- Detailed reporting and complex analysis of critical cost variances of shipments and related costs.
- Ensuring that prepayments are reconciled and cleared against goods received, ensuring the integrity of the company's financial statements, and contributing to the global financial health of the business.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
- 5-10 years Accounting experience in a fast paced, high volume out of a manufacturing or distribution company
- Advanced Excel, SAP and Microsoft Office skills
