A TAVOLA relies on a team focused credo to ensure guest and staff satisfaction. This means that all guests are the responsibility of the entire team, regardless of job description! In order to excel collectively and individually, a team needs to be in order to trust and support each other. At any time during a shift, if a guest or team member needs assistance, it is expected that any and all staff will step in to assist. This is a fundamental concept in the A TAVOLA philosophy. All staff is expected to be familiar with menu items and descriptions in addition to allergies and GF/Vegan/Vegetarian options. Menu tests upon hire date and periodically during employment should be expected.

As a Support member, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, the stock of the bar, the seating of the customers, and any general assistance to other team members or management. A TAVOLA encourages a synergetic culture in that all representatives are encouraged and expected to perform duties within and outside of their immediate dictated responsibility.
