TITLE: Production Prep Technician
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Langhorne, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite
START DATE: March/ April 2023
SHIFT: 7-3:30 or 8-4pm, M-F

We are looking for a Production Prep Technician to prepare metal surfaces of newly assembled machinery for the application of finish paint. This includes cleaning and the application of rust preventatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ready material surfaces for paint using the wash/phos system and apply rust preventative as instructed.
• Make certain that all preparation is completed to the established protocols and oversee the wash/phos solution for appropriate pH levels and chemical ratios.
• Follow all safety regulations and keep the work area in an orderly and safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Must have an interest in learning the industrial painting processes.
• Must have outstanding attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, and stand for long periods of time.
