We seek an experienced water industry Inside Technical Support Representative who can continue growing Hankscraft Runxin’s Distributors and Dealers while driving sales and growth in North America. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is required to work from Hankscraft Runxin’s Corporate office in Reedsburg, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the North America Network of Distributors and Dealers in the water treatment business by providing technical support within our product line. Contact existing and prospective customers to discuss the benefits of our water treatment products.

Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)

• Provide technical support of Hankscraft Runxin’s product line to North America’s Distributors and Dealers
• Manage and expand relationships with customers
• Analyze the needs of prospects and customers, ecommending proper products
• Coordinate with engineering/staff regarding solutions and sales opportunities
• Act as a primary technical support contact for designated customers

Job Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Clear knowledge of Water Treatment products with a technical background
• 2+ years of experience within the Water Treatment Industry
• Able to multitask and utilize effective time management skills
• Excellent follow-up, written, oral, and general communication skills
• Travel to conduct product training seminars on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
