The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. The pay range for this position is $70k-$75k, depending on experience.

The
Marketing Specialist will have a mix of creative, writing, digital, graphic design and marketing skills. They are a self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can work collaboratively with teams across the organization and manage several projects at once. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively to ensure consistency in brand messaging. Excellent writing, conceptualization and project management skills are required.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Design and create marketing collateral for sales/business development the organization and attention to detail to ensure brand consistency across the company.
- Work with vendors to produce and manage marketing collateral and delivery channels.
- Create website content to maximize SEO and drive lead generation.
- Email marketing including writing content, creating emails, and developing segmented lists to strategically target appropriate audiences.
- Create content calendars and develop content (graphics, copy, video) for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) to optimize social media presence to improve brand positioning. Manage Google business listings. Monitor all channels for comments and reviews to effectively manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify webinar/video topics and help in planning and coordination of the event, including scheduling, promotion and content creation. Edit and publish webinar recordings on social media and website and promote by email post-event.
- Help identify, plan, coordinate, promote and report metrics on industry events and tradeshows. Manage event logistics, including coordinating event registration and sponsorship benefits, communicating with team members attending events, ordering and shipping promotional merchandise and collateral, and managing event assets including signage, electronics, etc.
- Maintain internal communications channels including intranet and digital displays in company locations.
- Assist other teams with ad hoc marketing requests.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing coordinator, specialist, or similar position required.- Healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Email and social media marketing experience required.
- WordPress experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
