Total Property Management in Monee, IL is looking for field supervisors to join our team. We are located on 3250 West Eagle Lake Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and directing activities assigned by TPM’s management team. Be able to demonstrate and teach safe operating practices to Staff Machine operator technicians. The on-field supervisor is responsible for the completion of daily tasks and accomplishing action items in an efficient manner. May perform the same or similar functions as those assigned to the workgroup.

*Delegate and assign duties to qualified personnel, monitor progress, and assess results *Responsible for the completion of assigned task *Maximize productivity of Operator/Tech on each job site *Be able to mediate disputes between operators/ technicians *Responsible for conducting performance evaluation to machine operators and field technicians *Must be able to improvise effectively when thing don't go as planned *Must practice accurate log keeping *Be able to provide minor maintenance on equipment on job site *Must effectively communicate to operations/production manager *Assist with customer service duties as required. *Assist with general cleaning equipment, building, and customer areas *Perform other duties as required. *Read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language. *Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, management, and other employees. *Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds above the head. *Apply concepts of basic math to perform operations using units of american money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. *Responsible for training new employees on the safe operation of equipment, vehicles, and machinery. *Responsible as being the lead equipment operator and meeting the demands of each assigned job
