Through their family of apps and services, they are building a different kind of company that connects billions of people around the world, gives them ways to share what matters most to them, and helps bring people closer together.We are seeking a Project Manager (Compliance) on a contract basis who will work with Global Government and Social Impact Programs, Legal, and Business Engineering to help implement scalable and automated processes for global researcher and partner onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. They will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with cross-functional leads on critical issues spanning partner onboarding, compliance monitoring and reporting, partnerships, and other interdependent teams. This role will be 100% remote in Baltimore, MD , Houston, TX , Chicago, IL, and San Diego, CA .
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to pull reports on specific technical and non-technical phases of onboarding to provide evidence supporting audit requests
Update compliance documentation routinely
Monitor and gather compliance reports routinely
Monitor and manage processes to remove blockers and ensure smooth operational flows
Manage contract execution and completion from researchers, their institutions, and our Customer's internal countersignatories
Work with external partners to answer questions, triage problems, and troubleshoot
Communicate proactively and work with cross-functional teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, flag potential risks, and resolve issues
Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics
Receive requests from researchers who need access to data sets- identifying who needs to move along in the process- meeting milestones to receive access - external researcher onboarding program
Make sure that all requirements are met as this is audited by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Also XFN liaison- meetings with engineers and counterparts
Must-Haves:
2-4 years of experience
Experience with regulatory audits and can provide detail-oriented and timely audit responses
Experience in partner onboarding processes, including vetting global partner criteria and contracting
Experience drafting and circulating compliance and monitoring reports
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Team players with demonstrated project management skills - will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and partner vetting
Ability to quickly learn different computer software and platforms
Strong data management skills
Experience in organization and attentive to detail while delivering in a timely matter
Knowledge of compliance and then how to document the onboarding
Experience in some dashboard building and maintenance as well- know how to navigate around Excel
PMI or PMP certification preferred
Legal education background would be helpful
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote in Baltimore, MD , Houston, TX , Chicago, IL, and San Diego, CA
