The Fellas Media, LLC. is a rapidly growing, up-and-coming multimedia company based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. We started as a one-man freelance operation and thanks to our commitment to quality and hard work we have been able to expand our team and are looking to fill positions in our brand new office.

We are currently looking for an entry-level multimedia producer. This is a perfect opportunity for any talented individuals looking to hone their skills while gaining valuable knowledge in a booming field. Not only will you be working hands-on with equipment and interacting with clients, you will also gain first-hand experience with the more administrative aspects of the business.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

Our ideal candidate has to have experience as a photographer or videographer – formal education is preferred but by no means required. More than a formal education, we value motivation, humility, and a willingness to learn. Even if you don’t have all the skills we need right now, we are excited to teach you so that you can grow with our brand.

Technical skills we are looking for include:

• Proficiency with camera equipment
• Excellent computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal skills – charm and a positive attitude are essential
• Organizational and time management skills
• Able to work as a team or collaboratively
• Ability to create and develop content for multiple brands
• Able to carry and walk with equipment often in excess of 20 pounds

Part of your job responsibilities will require a functional knowledge of editing software and the following programs:

• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Premiere Pro/Final Cut
• After Effects

Additional Requirements: Along with the above, we will be asking that you submit a portfolio or similar collection of your work so we may gauge your skill level and ability.

Job Responsibilities

As a multimedia producer, your responsibilities will include:

• Filming video or taking pictures on location
• Ensure that equipment is functional and in good condition
• Edit footage or images
• Preparation of scripts for video or audio pieces
• Research and development of concepts or story ideas
• Preparation of proposals for approval
• Create production plans
• Project scheduling and coordination
• Production and visual development
• Manage ongoing projects
• Coordinate with clients and make shooting arrangements
• Identify shooting locations
• Transporting equipment
• Manage budgets
• Obtain approvals from clients and work with them to meet their demands
• Take continuing education courses and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, trends, and technologies

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
