Summary of the role:

Oversee the product strategy, roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle of a defined part of the company’s product portfolio.

In this role you'll:

• Manages large teams or other Managers, has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.
• Develops departmental plans, coordinates allocation of resources and controls policy formation in area of responsibility.
• Anticipates business issues and challenges for the department to define and resolve complex problems that may impact into the division / function.
• Works following the overall department strategy, with limited supervision in a complex environment.
• Direct the end-to-end Product Lifecycle of new and existing products from inception through end-of-life.
• Lead the definition of product strategy, vision & the business value in line with the business owners and other relevant stakeholders; ensure that Amadeus teams are embarked on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business.
• Define and drive the business plan, short- and long-term growth strategy and positioning of the company’s products in the market. Lead the management of the budget for area of responsibility including capacity planning with R&D.
• Lead the definition, management, and execution of product roadmap, as well as the related go-to-market activities. Ensure teams work closely with the commercial organization and customers, Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and R&D teams.
