Job Summary:

The Club Concierge will be responsible for total Club Member satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interest, maintain Club Lounge refreshments and services, POS, complimentary food and beverage services. Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.03 / hour

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time

• Skill Level: Entry Level

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete reservations and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure all instructions and billing requests have been addressed properly
• Respond to member inquiries with accurate information regarding membership services, Club Lounge operations, directions, car rentals, airline shuttle service, restaurant reservations, spa etc.
• Active in the promotion of Club events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members
• Communicate member requests with other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

• Ability to communicate verbally and written word with high-end clientele.

• Knowledge of systems: Microsoft Office, Outlook

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary

• Desire to learn and grow

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Preferred:

• At least one-year high-end guest service experience in a property of similar size and quality OR College degree with an emphasis in Hospitality

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.03. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
