Sales Associates work as a team under the Assistant Sales Manager and their primary responsibilities include tradeshow lead follow-up, unassigned customer, and lead prospecting and development. Sales Associates field catalog and phone inquiries for new customers and work closely with the Assistant Sales Manager to provide support and help as requested. Sales Associates also provides critical assistance to Sales Specialists that are out-of-the-office by processing quotes, orders, and fulfilling other customer requests. Sales Associates report to the Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Manager.

● Previous customer service experience.

● Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

● Competency in Google Docs and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

● Ability to sit at and use a computer for 6-8 hours a day.

Preferred

● Bilingual (Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
