Job location: Jersey City, NJ (4 days working from office and 1-day from home)
Responsibility
- Act as Level 1 support to monitor cyber defense solutions like SIEM, DLP,CASB and EDR etc.EXL cyber defense center (security operation) comprises of multiple solution to safeguard the EXL environment which includes SIEM (Security information and event management), DLP (Data link prevention),CASB (Cloud access security broker) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response). Level 1 support resource is to monitor alert gets generated from these tools.
- Managing day to day operation in cyber security operation center (SOC)
- Work on predefined processes that defined processes that what and how the activities to be performed including service level agreement, reporting and communication matrix and what/how the tool will be used.
- Liaise with other team member to investigate the issues.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
