Strategic Work Listings:
Monitor and analyze YouTube Studio analytics, identify trends over time and communicate highlights- Read articles, watch videos, and continually self-educate about how YouTube's algorithm works and what kind of content, metadata and scheduling works best on the platform
- Run experiments based on theories developed by yourself and your team, and share results/ learnings/ strategic updates
- Maintain YouTube SOPs based on lessons learned and known best practices
- Manage freelancers to assist in youtube strategies
- Proactive in identifying and solving key production problems that arise
- Bring highly creative ideas to meetings, with viable execution plans

Responsibilities:Tactical Work Listings:
Research other top-performing videos in the Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Personal Finance space to see what potential topics would work best for the Real Estate Robinsons- Upload videos to the YouTube channel based on a consistent posting schedule (e.g. every Monday at 8:00 am)
- Assign each upload to the correct YouTube channel playlist
- Create “chapters” & tags for each video
- Create weekly reports on KPIs including Average monthly views, Average monthly subscribers, Average view duration, Average view percentage, Revenue, & Click Through Rate
- Write engaging video descriptions that include a video-specific synopsis and key call to actions
- Take complete ownership over all post-production processes on all videos to ensure (a) deadlines are met (b) the editing is entertaining, on-brand, and delivers value to the viewers
- Manage & optimize channel playlists to increase engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments when appropriate
STANDARDS:
- Provide 5 potential video ideas per week
- Provide weekly scripts for “Airbnb News” segments
- Ensure each video is added to a relevant playlist
- Ensure one video is posted every Monday at 8:00 am
- Generate consistent MoM subscriber growth
- Previous experience managing a growing YouTube channel
