The RN Supervisor is an integral part the nursing management care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RN Supervisor you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing management and care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Ø Staffing coordination and performance management.

Ø Rounding throughout the facility to observe, educate, and guide staff to provide excellent levels of care.

Ø Handle emergencies, admissions and discharges.

Ø Communicate with all stake holders.

Required Qualifications:

Ø Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

Ø Previous experience as an RN Supervisor in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.

Ø Current active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background.
