Zoomers RV is a fast-growing, successful multi-location RV Dealer with its' home office/store located in Wabash, IN with other Locations in Mulkeytown, ILL and Lamoni, IA! Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to meet the wants and needs of every person who walks through the doors of our modern and spacious fully equipped dealership.

Our organization is currently seeking a Warranty Processor for our Wabash, Indiana location. The right candidate will maintain responsibility for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving warranty issues.

Essential Duties:

• Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and dealership.
• Completing all coordination of internal and external warranty processing.
• Assist Service Writer in scheduling service appointments.
• Obtains any needed warranty or customer authorization prior to working on unit including taking pictures, sending in for authorization or any and all procedures required per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
• Follows up on all warranty receivables to ensure payment in a timely manner and contacting customers as needed to schedule appointments for special order parts.
• Assist in Administration duties for the Service Department, which could include a variety of tasks.

Requirements/Key Competencies:

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Results driven and motivated for customer service.
• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of the units to help customers with questions.
• Employees must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• RV/Automotive experience is a plus.
• Has warranty experience and is technologically able to document warranty information in the manner in which the manufacturer requires.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
