We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our 1st shift to support our team in Chester, CT.

The Warehouse Associate provides superior customer value by accurately shipping and receiving product.

Essential Functions:

Key responsibilities - Shipping:

• Pull product from the warehouse per delivery notes for customer orders
• Package product on skids or in boxes to be shipped
• Computer data entry

Key responsibilities – Receiving:

• Verify accurate receipts per vendor packing slips
• Stock received product in warehouse
• Computer data entry

Working hours:

• First Shift - Monday through Friday (7:00 PM – 3:30 PM)
• Overtime hours as required by Supervisor

Required Work Experience

• 1 year warehouse, or similar experience

Required Competencies

• Basic computer skills
• Able to read English
• Daily physical lifting up to 40 lbs, unassisted
• Operate a Forklift, maintain re-certification as required
• Observe all safety requirements
• Self-motivated and able to complete task assignments
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a lean work environment
• Excellent organization skills
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment
• Maintain a sense of teamwork with co-workers
