As a Director, Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in the eComm ATP Applied Science team by redefining customer experience with the power of world's largest omni-retail data. In this role, you will be able to iterate on our data strategy, analyze massive flows of data, develop models, and transform analytic insights into actionable business strategies. This is a high visibility, high impact role in a rapidly growing data science team that uses cutting edge technologies in AI/ML to drive engagement, conversion, and to get our customers the perfect orders.

The annual salary range for this position is $154,000.00-$264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What we expect from you:
- You have strong hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data using distributed computing platform,
- You have experience with extracting insights from data, predicting future trends, and optimizing business metrics.
- You have strong implementation experience with at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, Scala, etc.).
- You're experienced with classical as well as modern machine learning/statistical techniques, including Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- You have strong written and oral communication skills.
- You have experience with building compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards for monitoring.
- You can work closely with business leaderships, product managers and systems engineers to rapidly turn hypotheses into outcomes.
- You have a graduate degree in statistics, computer science, econometrics or other related fields.
