Essential Functions:

Candidate will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and learning to underwrite select new business submissions in accordance with team standards. Role includes promoting good customer relations, displaying an enthusiastic attitude, an eagerness to help and a service mindset.

Each candidate will complete a comprehensive insurance education program. The position encourages and creates opportunities for growth so team members can develop their insurance acumen for long term company advancement. Core hours will be Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm MT.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• College Degree or equivalent business/industry experience
• No insurance experience required
• You will be required to work in our Boise office as part of a hybrid work model.
