Remarkable Health Care is seeking an individual to function as a full-time and on-call Staffing Coordinator/Central supply for our Long Term Care Facility. This position will provide care coordination and staffing support to clinical team.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in LTC is required.
• Experience in staffing and employee supervision is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A passion for working with the elderly.
• High energy work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to planned (PTO's) and unplanned changes in employee schedule
• Assure that updated employee information and schedule are filed in the on-call book.
• Review on-call log and forward to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
• Maintain monthly employee schedules and enter scheduling changes into Computer Schedule on a timely basis.

Requirements for Hire: Current CNA certificate, High School or GED diploma, current TB test
