Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Program Manager located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA. This position provides Link 16 senior-level program management support to the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate’s Aerial Networks Division (AFLCMC/HNA), Gateways and Tactical Data Links Branch (HNAG).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills) SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants): Active Secret clearance required
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and AFI 63-101/20-101
- Knowledge of the roles and relationships within the DoD and Air Force acquisition stakeholder community and acquisition organizations
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity or acquisition programs.
- Knowledge of Air Force tactical data waveforms, networks and radio systems
- Knowledge and experience with Mil Std 6016F/G (Tactical Datalink 16 Message Standard)
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documentation, plans, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Program Manager/Materiel Lead with contract activities, including assessing what is within schedule and cost baselines, recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action
- Support the development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, and collaborate with a diverse group of functions to review proposals
- Support technical evaluations and fact-finding efforts and subsequently assist the Program Lead on contract management
- Perform program execution duties that include development and updates of PEO weekly activity reports, corps reports, and production corps program status reports
- Develop, review and submit division and program office staff briefing charts
- Develop, review, and update program status briefings for the PM for PEO level meetings
- Develop and maintain program reporting and management of program critical events utilizing Lifecycle Management Process IDE, SharePoint, and US Space Force Task Management Tool
- Monitor, manage and respond to USAF command, directorate, division and program taskers
- Provide quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
- Support program management reviews, meeting reviews, and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) reviews, and integrate inputs for the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) assessments
