The Role

Fidelity Health Solutions is transforming its health and welfare benefits administration business by building a new industry leading platform. Our vision is to make employees lives easier by helping them to simply and optimally choose and use their health benefits and accounts. In this role you will lead an agile squad responsible for managing the delivery of our health plan decision support solution, onboarding and customizing the digital experience for this evolving solution.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in analytics, product development, and client delivery roles
• 3+ years of digital service delivery experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., UX, Product, Tech) to craft, deliver & maintain dynamic digital products & solutions
• Strong understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, and back-end systems
• Agile experience delivering end-customer facing products to market
• Healthcare proven experience preferred particularly Health Benefits and/or Health Insurance plan design
• JIRA and JIRA Align experience preferred
• Have a track record of leading and building hard-working teams
• Ability to build a strategic vision and translate strategy into an actionable execution plan
• Ability to lead a team in execution and identify, communicate and remove impediments
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate colleagues without formal authority
• Ability to prioritize and get the organization behind your decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong presenter
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Comfortable in ambiguity

The Team

The person in this role will lead a squad within the Digital Domain of Fidelity Health Solutions. Our mission in Fidelity Health Solutions is to help people confidently make decisions that result in better health and financial outcomes, by providing integrated solutions, tools and advice.

You will be part of the Healthcare Analytics and Decision Support Product Area and work in partnership with Chapter Leaders aligned to your squad, and other Product Area, Squad and Chapter Leaders within Fidelity Health Solutions to deliver cohesive, leading edge experience for our clients and their employees.
