Job Description:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for content creation (text & video), post management, follower engagement, and growth of Drink HRW’s social media platforms. This position will work with the marketing department and influencers to create content across all platforms and will assist with the tracking of all social media analytics. This individual must be creative, motivated, a self-starter and a collaborator that is willing to learn and share new ideas. The Social Media Manager is expected to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, must have excellent communication skills and be able to express Drink HRW’s brand values creatively. Importantly, the Social Media Manager should be able to handle the brands social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and guest engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages all social media accounts and platforms, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content daily (e.g., original text, video, and photos). Designs posts to educate followers and create buzz around Drink HRW’s products.
• Communicates with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Reports online reviews, business oppurtunities and feedback to company owners.
• Ensure brand consistency and accurate product information across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain social media calendar with campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Designs and implements social media strategy to align with business goals; sets specific objectives and reports on ROI on a monthly / quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with marketing department for objective alignment and campaign support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• Prior related health and wellness or supplements industry experience highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Social Media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written. Must be able to clearly articulate goals, performance, and objectives.
• Adaptable and flexible – priorities change on a daily or hourly basis, you can pivot and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Ability to develop the right tone and voice for each social media platform
• Solid knowledge of Google suites, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Knowledge of general marketing concepts is preferred.
