• Experience setting up barcode scanning system for merchandise is a plus!
• Ability to learn and communicate verbally and in writing is mandatory.
• Ability to follow directions and follow processes in place.
• Strong work ethic.
• Previous experience working in Shipping / receiving with a team or in a solo role.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Time management skills / Ability to Prioritize.
• Problem-Solving Skills / Seeks help, calls support, or asks questions when needed.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Ability to learn from and accept constructive criticism.
• Experience working within a CRM system is a plus.
• Ability to work in an active environment. Nobody would mistake our workplace for a library!

This position involves the following activities in a normal day:

• Set priorities for outgoing packages to ensure items are ready for shipment.
• Communicate via order management system with remote support team to coordinate shipping labels / reorders / replacements as needed.
• Navigating Google Drive and basic spreadsheets to understand what is needed for complete order to be ready to ship.
• Receive and ship packages. Check in items when they arrive and fully pack orders when they are ready to ship.

Compensation: Starting salary range $40-46,000 with generous vacation time and personal time.

A Day in the Life: This position is ideal for a person who works well within a team and has the potential / demonstrated ability to lead while also being capable of working solo and self direct without constant supervision.

A great fit for someone who is flexible in terms of ability to learn and help implement improved shipping processes.
