Our customer is a rapidly growing medical technology company in the field of digital health. With its products, the company helps to improve the flow of information in the hospital sector, minimize treatment errors and thus ensure better quality patient care. To support the production process and the continuous improvement of process quality and efficiency for one of its departments, our client has tasked us with identifying and recruiting an experienced Senior Product Manager - Platform Solutions to join their team in Berlin.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the planning and execution of the global product roadmap, the definition and quantification of business opportunities and life cycle management.
• Identify clinical applications and needs in surgical procedures as well as respective market dynamics and translate those into technical requirements.
• Act as the main interface to the R&D team as Product Management stakeholder
• Identify trends, needs and use cases in the field of Surgical Imaging applications
• Support sales and marketing teams with the necessary product knowledge, provide regular product updates and presentations, support specific sales opportunities
• Contribute to constantly grow product margin via cost optimization and standardization

Key skills and experience required:

• Education to degree level in life sciences or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• At least 5 years of experience within the Healthcare IT or Medtech combined with at least 3 years of experience in solution architecture with complex digital platforms
• Technical background, with experience in applying AI, Automation and Analytics to Surgical Video and Big Data preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
