Together with our international customers in the US and UK, we work out individual solution concepts to implement our web-based ERP system Xentral in a wide variety of companies. Your Tasks
- You support our US and UK customers by implementing Xentral into their business processes and ease their pain points
- Together with our customers, you develop individual solution concepts that solve their pain points in order to roll out xentral as their new ERP software, adapting the system to the individual requirements of the customers
- You support customer projects from process analysis to go-live, while automating and optimising business processes
- You help identify improvements and new requirements of our software and help shape our product roadmap: together we develop the next generation of business software
Your Profile
- You have a degree in engineering or tech related, business administration, supply chain management or an apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant
- You have experience in the field of business software (ERP, MRP, WMS, OMS e.g. Xentral, Acumatica, Sortly, odoo, SAP, BillBee or similar) or have deep knowledge of business processes
- You worked as implementation manager, customer success manager or something similar customer facing and enjoyed the interactions with customers
- You understand how modern APIs are working and ideally, have used Zapier or a scripting language (JavaScript, Python, …) to make two software applications “talk to each other”
