RN/LPN Job Description - all applicants must be vaccinated for Covid prior to employment - ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

We are looking for a RN or LPN to join our staff. This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Mentoring of Certified Nurses Assistants, interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Assist with annual competencies and staff inservices
• We offer Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in New York State
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
• Compassionate individuals
• Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
