Our growing Fast Food Restaurant corporation is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant Managers to run our high-volume, Fast Food restaurants in the Mays Landing area.

Our Restaurant Managers are accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and are responsible for the following tasks:

Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service

Creating a positive work environment for team members.

Performing P&L analysis

Controlling inventory

What Are We Looking For?
As a Restaurant Manager, you must have excellent team leadership and customer service skills. You must also exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Required Skills

• 3 years of management experience in the Fast Food Restaurant segment with responsibility for financial results
• Valid driver's license
• Previous management proficiency in high volume restaurants with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays

Desired Skills

• We're seeking 3+ years of Fast Food Restaurant Management experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 plus bonus for Restaurant General Managers
