We are seeking a dynamic, full-cycle, contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
6 Month Contract
Job Responsibilities:

• Owns the full cycle recruiting process for centers/sites
• Meets monthly hiring metrics
• Manages applicant tracking system
• Promotes an engaging and positive talent experience
• Builds and sustains a high-quality pipeline of talent sourced from a variety of platforms
• Brings the company's Service Values to life in every interaction
• Draws on early childhood and recruiting experience to strategize with hiring managers
• Partners with leaders, peers, and cross-functionally to fulfill business objectives
• Engages in timely, positive, and appropriate communications with talent, hiring managers, and all collaborators
• Collaborates on staffing projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field preferred
• Manager-level Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• 2 years of recruiting experience
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
• Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, applicable recruitment tools and online recruitment resources
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to adapt in a high-growth, fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

• 8 hour shift
