Job description

Responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.

A graduate of an approved school of nursing. Prior home health experience preferred.

Maintain current licensure with the State Board of Nursing as Registered Nurse.

Pay: $45,760.00 - $80,080.00 per year
