About us

Inspire Dental & Orthodontics is a family dental office with locations in Balch Springs, Mesquite and now Garland, Texas.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time RDA with interest in learning Orthodontics.

$16-18/hr starting depending on experience. Knowledge in orthodontics is a plus.

5 day work week

(40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Dental Assistant will assist in all aspects of dental office operations
• Candidate must be able to take diagnostic intra oral, panoramic, complete and bitewing radiographs
• Effectively interview patients, evaluate medical histories; explain dental procedures and review treatment plans.
• Position is FULL time
• Candidate must possess a passion for patient care
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients Minimum Requirements:
• Expanded Functions required
• Computer competence required
• Must have the ability to work in a professional environment
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week
• Bilingual (Spanish speaker) is a MUST
