The RVP, Sales leads our team's eight (8) Senior Account Executives to develop account-winning strategies while providing support in closing business. The primary focus of this role will be delivering functional and technical expertise to facilitate the presentation, scoping, and closing of deals.

This role will be working with our Asset Management Solutions (AMS) West team, focusing on our industry leading AMS solutions including but not limited to Maintenance Connection and TMS (CMMS), Meridian (EDM), and Accruent Observe for Energy Management (AOEM). Primarily concentrated on the Industrial (Manufacturing, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas and Utilities, etc.) and Healthcare sectors our AMS Solutions are deployed globally by many of the world's largest companies who rely on our technology to enable their workforce to complete work more efficiently, capture valuable insights into their asset lifecycles, streamline collaboration, ensuring every document change is versioned and audited to demonstrate regulatory compliance, and much more.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Asset Management Solutions and will be remote/work from home.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Generating new accounts and revenue streams while reaching annual sales revenue goals.
  • Strategic, executive-level selling in a consultative manner of all the clients Solutions/Services.
  • Management activities including sales and revenue forecasting, account planning, strategy, and supervision.
  • Providing input to sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans.
  • Developing and maintaining a team that consists of highly trained sales and pre-sales professionals by giving them direct coaching/mentoring and account involvement to achieve a high level of sales.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Enterprise sales management including strong strategic management and planning skills
  • Experience selling SaaS or software products
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead team in large account sales success, including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
  • Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data
  • Must be able to accurately forecast through proper cadence with direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value based selling process.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, key players, terminology, and overall economics of the marketplace (recommended).
  • Ability to publicly represent the client with internal and external customers and at events and seminars.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentive/commission) is $199,400 - $370,200.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
