Hiring full time Recovery Support Specialist candidates for various shifts.

We are a substance abuse treatment center with PHP and IOP programs located in Stoughton, MA.

We treat adults who require treatment in substance abuse/chemical dependency, along with clients who may have a dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental illness.

BHT's are responsible for the safety and well-being of the client population as well as observing, monitoring and reporting as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Addiction Treatment Experience(Preferred)
• BHT: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsiblities

• Drive and transport patients as directed, obeying all traffic laws and adhering to all safety regulations
• Proper documentation of all patient information using the appropriate forms in a timely manner
• Monitor all properties and maintain comprehensive notes of all witnessed patient behaviors every 30 minutes.
• Maintain the safety and security of all patients during supervision
• Administer drug tests as instructed by supervisor
• Fill out all required paperwork for drug tests
• Maintain shift notes during each patient interaction
• Ensure all propertiesvare always immaculately maintained
• Clean and inspect company vehicles daily
• Ensure patient attends their scheduled activity
• Report any maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Facilitate searches upon new intake or upon review
• Assists in Emergency Situation
• Recognizes crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions based on training and experience
• Report directly to Manager, all requests either personal or concerning patient must be submitted in writing
• Maintain healthy boundaries while also acting as a trusted guide/confidante to patient
• Comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations applicable.
• Understands and maintains the confidentiality of patient information and records
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stoughton, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
