Job Description:

• Showroom receptionist/greeter is a key role at the dealership. Making a good first impression is vital, both in person and on the phone
• Acknowledge and greet each showroom visitor and direct them to the appropriate person or place
• Answer all incoming calls with a professional and friendly voice
• Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing time they are put on hold and directing them to the appropriate extension
• Take messages or direct to voicemail
• Provide basic information to callers who have general questions (address, hours, etc.)
• Filing and office work as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Pleasant and engaging phone persona
• Professional personal appearance
• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting with strong interaction with co-workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
