We are seeking an experienced call-center Quality Assurance Manager for Louis Vuitton Client Service Center in Irving, TX that will lead a team in assessing, coaching, and implementing quality standards for inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence! In this role, the successful incumbent will:
- Build, implement, and manage quality requirements, standards, methodologies, and procedures
- Lead and empower the team to drive Quality metrics and goals; create a positive and collaborative work environment, build a strong team spirit, and cultivate collaboration within the team and business partners and upholding the Louis Vuitton Service Commitments
- Proactively ensures teams are fully proficient in all-new operational/business updates/ Knowledge updates to ensure commitment to key performance indicator (KPI) metric targets
- Ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance tasks, monitors project results to determine compliance with quality standards, and ensure delivery of project results and services
- Apply Quality reporting and trends to provide qualitative feedback
Profile
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance managerial experience in a call-center environment
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solution-orientated approach
- Experience leading employer branding initiatives
