Guest Services

1. Review all rental reservations made daily to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information as assigned.

2. Act as a primary point of contact for the guests.

3. Assure all guest check-in and check-out completions.

4. Respond quickly and professionally to all guest inquiries and request from the General Manager.

5. Communicate proactively with guests to ensure any concerns are known and address.

6. Aids guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints.

7. Supervises the assignment of rooms; pre-blocks and assigns all V.I.P. and special room requests as assigned.

Staff Supervision Services

1. Overseeing daily operation, ensuring employee productivity, monitor efficiency of all process and creating a positive work environment for employees.

2. Meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.

3. Supervise housekeeping personnel and other maintenance crew or contractors servicing the building.

4. Supervises and coordinates all operations of the Hotels’ departments as applicable to the Hotel (Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping, etc.)

5. Disciple subordinates with General Manager approval.

6. Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of professionalism in all the aspect of hotel operations.

7. Support your team with escalated guest and owner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets.

Administrative Services

1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits.

2. Audit reports produced from the Manager as scheduled.

3. Assists with the processing of payroll, completing time edits, approving request and submission in the absence of the General Manager.

4. Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

5. Coordinates with all department heads in all pertinent information to ensure a smooth-running operation.

6. Responsible for documenting, verifying, and processing money due to the owners through the owner rental program.

7. Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained, and well cared for.

8. Oversee daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary, ensuring the organization is consistent “rowing” together in the same direction.

9. Effectively resolve issues - must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner.

10. Maintain consistency with the management company and brand standards.

11. Recognize potential for increased rental revenue and recommend/take appropriate action to implement.

12. Assist in the implementation of rental operations policies and procedures.

13. Work closely with the front office manager ensuring reservation procedures are consistent with check-in procedures.

14. Coordinate all written correspondence responses from owners and guests regarding rental activities, policies disputes, and complaints.

Procurement Services

1. Requisitions supplies and equipment for the Front Office/Admin and maintains a monthly inventory of supplies.

2. Receive or pick up orders for the property as scheduled.

3. Distribute all cleaning, laundry supplies, and equipment to housekeeper or maintenance personal.

4. Distribute all amenities for the room to the housekeeping personnel.

5. Maintain company inventory through the planned preventive maintenance program.

Property Management services

1. Conduct inspection through the property and issue report as scheduled

2. Inspect the property between guest rentals and immediately file report for any maintenance or repair needs to the owner.

3. Responsible for all cleaning and repairs are completed before the guest's arrival.

4. Assisting with scheduling and be present to supervise any contract work that must be done when the owner cannot be present.

5. Assure the property and its furnishings appropriately to attract desirable guests.

6. Assure and inspect all electrical equipment are functioning properly.

7. Assure and inspect all water outlets are function properly.

8. Maintaining property and equipment.

Security

1. Responsible to provide security and safety of the guests, staff, and the hotel.

2. Watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.

3. Patrol all areas of the property and assists guest with room access if required.

4. Able to monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV). Will be trained on other duties to help during the night.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $500.00 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish Fluently (Preferred)
