Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly-organized, enthusiastic property management coordinator. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and self-starter. Multi-tasking, prioritizing, organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and teamwork skills will ensure success in this position. If hired, candidates would be responsible for assisting property managers with day-to-day tasks while gaining knowledge of their books of business. Responsibilities
- Manage and triage incoming calls
- Manage, respond to, and distribute emails
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Assist property managers with their books of business
- Build trusted relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- General office upkeep (opening and sorting mail, retrieving voicemail messages)
- Correspond with and keep records of customer interactions with various properties regarding scheduling, address changes, leasing details and other miscellaneous projects/requests
- Maintenance work order management and dispatch
- Filing (electronic)
- Data analysis
- Learn and read legal property documents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, email, written correspondence, occasional in-person interaction)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Proactive, rather than reactive, work ethic
- Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in property management or hospitality industry

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
