Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Kepler, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple functions within the organization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify project requirements, and develop detailed project plans to drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with Kepler's strategic objectives and goals.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Software Development, Warehouse and Distribution, and New Product Development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and adjusting plans as necessary.

Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process optimization.

Ensure successful product launches and release dates, working closely with the New Product Development team.

Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
