Job purpose

• 
  Produce Assembly products efficiently and safely while maintaining quality that exceeds our customer demands.

Duties and responsibilities

• 
  Operate assembly equipment
• Operate sheeting equipment
• Assemble final product

• Remove flash and clean excess material remaining on the product
• Visually inspect every part that is produced
• Operates secondary /support equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized floor

• Assist with product changes
• Notify other associates, Shift Lead, Department Supervisor/Manager of any irregularities in product, process, or equipment
• Follow all company procedural and safety policies
• Ensure all personal protective equipment is in good working condition and worn
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 
  Excellent communication skills (bilingual a “plus”)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (some weekends)
• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent safe working practices

Working conditions

Environment is hot and humid in the summer months

Physical requirements

Ableto lift 10-20lbs regularly

Stand for long periods of time
