In your new role you will:
- Drive Supply Chain Automation of the Automotive operational Supply Chain Area
- Lead production program activities with focus on the time frame today up to 18 months Divisional Model and all associated tools
- Be responsible to run improvement and digitalization projects to improve profitability, productivity, scalability and flexibility as project owner and also project manager
- Foster the ideation of new digitalization projects within the Automotive division including cross-functional topics
- Act as project member for global Infineon projects
- Shape the data requirements for IT
- Orchestrate key users and subject matter experts and act as process lead for selected Supply Chain Management processes

- A degree in business administration (or comparable), ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management
- At least 6 years proven work experience in the field of supply chain management, capacity/production or production management in the semiconductor industry
- High degree of creativity in creation of process improvement/ automation projects
- Already proven project success within automation projects will be a benefit
- Good understanding of state-of-the art data analysis tools and data flow
- The proven ability of solving complex problems involving expert network
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface and collaborate with colleagues and internal customers
- Excellent English language skills , German is considered a plus
