In your new role you will:
  • Drive Supply Chain Automation of the Automotive operational Supply Chain Area
  • Lead production program activities with focus on the time frame today up to 18 months Divisional Model and all associated tools
  • Be responsible to run improvement and digitalization projects to improve profitability, productivity, scalability and flexibility as project owner and also project manager
  • Foster the ideation of new digitalization projects within the Automotive division including cross-functional topics
  • Act as project member for global Infineon projects
  • Shape the data requirements for IT
  • Orchestrate key users and subject matter experts and act as process lead for selected Supply Chain Management processes

You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Last but not least: You are open for diverse perspectives and possess intercultural sensitivity.

You are best equipped for the job if you have:
  • A degree in business administration (or comparable), ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management
  • At least 6 years proven work experience in the field of supply chain management, capacity/production or production management in the semiconductor industry
  • High degree of creativity in creation of process improvement/ automation projects
  • Already proven project success within automation projects will be a benefit
  • Good understanding of state-of-the art data analysis tools and data flow
  • The proven ability of solving complex problems involving expert network
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface and collaborate with colleagues and internal customers
  • Excellent English language skills , German is considered a plus
