• Responsible for effectively organizing and/or prioritizing work to assist with efficient patient flow in the clinic.
• Responsible for providing administrative support for clinic tasks and provider team.
• Responsible for completion of clinical work and assigned tasks related to patient care.
• Responsible for supporting organizational mission and goal achievement, organization quality goals, and providing safe, patient-centered care.
• Responsible for staff development and clinical leadership
• Responsible for program planning and management
• Responsible for effective execution of the Quality Management program
• Ensures clinical compliance

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in management/healthcare management related field
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, BSN preferred.
• RN licensure preferred, not required.
• Bi-lingual preferred, not required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
• Three years increasingly responsible nursing management, experience preferably in outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center setting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational, detail and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills and knowledge of word processing
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
