Part-time Receptionist
Job description
Team El Cajon is looking for a Part Time Receptionist who is both professional and personable to join our team. The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership efficiency. You will do this by fielding phone calls to take accurate messages and relaying them appropriately, scanning paperwork, cashiering parts & service transactions, and assisting with purchase order creations. As a receptionist, you are the face of the dealership and should carry yourself as such. You will do this through professional dress and conduct.
Job Description and Duties:
- Answer inbound calls within 3 rings
- Transfer customers to appropriate departments and take detailed messages to be promptly delivered
- Answer any inbound emails in daily
- Scan paperwork daily
- Create Purchase Orders for the business office from invoices daily
- Maintain a clean and stocked coffee bar at all times
- Track coffee bar inventory and reorder needed supplies/communicate a need for supplies to appropriate staff members
- Create and maintain inventory of staff birthday cards
- Maintain an accurate list of staff extensions and emails
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times through professional dress, conduct, and attitude
- Ensure the cash drawer is accurately balanced each day
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Attend all required meetings
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
