Overwrap Line Supervisor

Currently, MPG is seeking to hire a Red Night Shift Overwrap Supervisor for the 2910 Weck Drive facility. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assign line leads and support personnel to overwrap lines
• Assign temp associates to overwrap lines
• Read and understand job tickets
• Work with managers in coordination of uninterrupted production flow
• Provide support and accountability to all personnel
• Individually follow and promote all safety policies and procedures

• Ensure that production and efficiency goals are met or exceeded
• Contribute to the growth and development of line leaders

Position Qualifications:

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in a supervisory role in a printing, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Familiarity with Overwrapping Process and Equipment Highly Desired
• Ability to analyze, problem solve, and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Possesses mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
