Job description

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Picker and Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quickly and accurately picking and packing customer orders in a neat and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work quickly under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and check the accuracy of each order picked to ensure that the correct items and quantities have been selected.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping the picking and packing area tidy.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with orders or inventory to management in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $16.25 - $18.00 per hour
