Job description
We are looking for a friendly worker with great customer service skills to answer phones, register new guests, and perform other office duties. You must be reliable and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Answering the telephones, including providing information and taking guest reservations
- Greeting guests at counter, including assisting with check in/check out, answering guests’ questions and completing reservations
- Process cash, check and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment
- Assist Office Administrators & Office team leaders with other projects and duties as assigned
- Light stocking and cleaning
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
