Responsibilities and Duties

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Input jobs and maps into ChemMan
• Create Spray reports for our customers
• Expense reporting and receipt collection for our employees in the field
• Maintain records for our Pilots, Drivers, and Mechanics
• Respond to customer emails
• Printing and filing
• Maintain a functional level of cleanliness and organization of base facilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Agriculture experience a plus
• Must be reliable and punctual when reporting to work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Can work both independently and across teams
• Ability to work with different personality types
• Willingness to assume any task when requested

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
