GSRs are responsible for providing award winning service to our guests - service that helps relieve the stress of being away from home. Frequently, becoming a HERO by going the extra mile to solve a guest concern, just like you would for someone staying in your home. The best Guest Service Representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
• Administering check-ins and check-outs.
• Being a source of information to guests on various matters such entertainment and restaurant advice.
• Providing front desk services to guests.
• Finishing laundry
• Taking reservations.
• Processing guest payments.
• Accommodating general and unique requests.
• Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
• Preping for other departments to start their day providing excellent guest service.
