Location: Remote

Compensation: $75,000 Full Time (Direct Hire)

The Role: The Validation Specialist, New Center Development is responsible for (a) the installation, qualification, and validation of all non-IT equipment during new center set-up and (b) completing inventory of all equipment and supplies. This position reports to the Director, New Center Development.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete and ensure competency in the required training program.
  • Responsible for the completion of the Procurement and Inventory tracker in the project management platform in coordination with Supply Chain.
  • Complete Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification for all non-IT equipment at assigned new centers.
  • Responsible for coordinating freezer validation activities for all assigned new centers in coordination with Manager, New Center Development and Regulatory.
  • Ensure assigned new centers are set-up according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and the New Center Standardization Guide; and ensure all documentation is in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure assigned new center opening tasks stay on track to set milestones. Ensure the status of assigned tasks remains up to date on the project management platform.
  • Ensure all pre-set-up activities for all responsible corporate departments have been completed prior to onsite set-up.
  • Support other company projects as assigned between openings and during project blackout periods.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 1+ years of plasma center management experience.
  • Project management preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented.
  • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced high growth environment and being in a highly visible role.
  • Keen sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Strong ability to build solid relationships in teams, with peers and management.
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; critical thinker.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude.
  • Highly organized and able to work remotely with minimal direct supervision.
  • Proficient in Click Up or similar project management platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
