TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Network Technician to join our team in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support a wide area network that includes Cisco routers, switches, and Nokia microwave.
• Monitor the operation of the customer’s network using Solarwinds.
• Troubleshoot any outages and support the local technicians with configurations.
• Backup the configurations of all network routers and switches on a regular basis.
• Support a Cisco IP phone network. Configure Cisco Router, Switches, and 4g routers.
• Provide VLAN support across the system.
• Support a growing Cisco IPICS radio interface system.
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Cisco DNA Center, and SNMP are desired.
• Ability to work first shift with shared on call duties after training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 Years experience in monitoring and maintaining TCP/IP Networks

Desired Skills:

• CCNA or similar
